Your day begins at the foot of Morro Castle, a late 16th-century bastion that guards the entrance of the bay. Mix up your vacation with a bit of Cuban flavors during a 3.5-hour outing with an expert bartender who shares tips and tricks of the mixology trade in a hands-on cocktail lesson that includes plenty of sipping time. In a neighborhood watering hole you'll learn all about Havana's cocktail history and culture. A local mixologist will be on-hand to show you the ingredients and techniques that go into making Cuba's most famous signature cocktails. You'll then break into groups and create your own spirited concoction in a cocktail-making competition that'll hone your shaking and stirring skills.
